This Refunds page explains how refunds work for credits purchased on InkSerenity.
We consider refunds for unused credits purchased within a reasonable time frame, subject to review for abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
Credits consumed or bonus/discounted promotional credits are generally non-refundable. Transactions flagged for fraud or policy abuse are not eligible.
To request a refund, please contact us with your order ID, purchase date, and reason. We may require additional verification.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be suspended pending investigation.
